Karen was preceded in death by her Husband Dennis Raymond Stewart, her son Sean Scott, her grandson Scott Drew and her father Stanford Lenhart.

Karen made everyone she touched smile. She created connections with people from every walk of life and loved all of their unique quirks. She was the biggest smartass and had more than one inappropriate comment to sprinkle into a conversation. If you knew her, she gave you the warmest hugs, was your biggest cheerleader, and best listener, and would tell you the way it was.

Karen was a voracious reader with a thirst for new information on any topic; from building computers to Native American culture. She would deliberate with you on the deepest of subjects or the simplest. She was a gamer before the word was invented; from pong to diablo. She believed in hand-made gifts and if you received one you would feel her love pour out of it. When she didn't have her head in a book, gaming on the computer or knitting needles in hand, she could be found on the lake fishing.

Grandma Karen was a best friend to all of her grandchildren. She was with them from the day they were born and cherished every moment with them. She was a kid at heart and showed up to play from the playground to online gaming. She wouldn't hesitate to call at 3:00 AM for help in beating a new level or find the new power up. She would make time to teach them about how to deal with their parents and call them on their crap. She was a sounding board and listened to all of your worries. She got their silly jokes and couldn't help but make you laugh at life.

While she never had a pot to piss in, she was rich with love and kindness. Everyone who had the fortunate opportunity to meet her instantly felt her infectious spirit. While her body is gone her spirit survives. She will be sorely missed. We all can now see her in her dad's fishing boat with him, looking down on us thinking of her next smartass comment to say!
