In loving memory of Aaron Young, a devoted son, brother, and uncle whose light shone brightly from his birth on May 21, 1984, until his peaceful passing on July 14, 2024. Aaron's vibrant spirit and kind heart were evident to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Having graduated from Lake Park Audubon High School in 2003, Aaron's formative years were intertwined with wrestling and hanging out with friends.
A passionate outdoorsman, Aaron found serenity in the tranquil woods and sloughs as he pursued his love for hunting ducks and deer. His eyes sparkled with joy as he roamed the northern forests in search of ruffed grouse, a pursuit that brought him immeasurable happiness. The waters of Nelson Lake held a special place in his heart, whether casting a line under the warm sun or sitting on the frozen surface in colder months.
Aaron's essence will forever remain etched in the memories of his loving mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Stewart, his cherished brother, Ryan Young, and his niece Ava Young along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In the forthcoming days, friends and loved ones are invited to honor Aaron Young in solemn reverence to celebrate his life. Let us join together in unity to bid farewell to a soul who touched the hearts of many and left a profound mark on those he encountered. May his spirit soar amongst the whispering trees and glistening waters that he held dear.
A Celebration of Aaron's life will be planned at a later date.
Funeral arrangements entrusted with the Glende-Nilson Funeral Home of Fergus Falls for Aaron S. Young.
