Debra Munkelwitz

Debra K. Munkelwitz (Kulzer) of Naytahwaush, MN formerly of Wyoming, MN made her journey to heaven July 20th, 2021, surrounded by family. She leaves behind her loving Husband of 47 years, 4 months and 14 days, Earl Munkelwitz, and her Daughter, Jennifer Munkelwitz; sisters, Sheila Woodridge, Pamela Antus, Brenda Kulzer (Dave), Valerie Saunby and brother, Joe Kulzer; brothers-in-law, Guy Munkelwitz (Pam), David Sternberg (Becky), David Sawyer (Sally), Will Sawyer (Nancy), Don Sawyer (Kathy); sisters-in-law, Carol Hernandez (Juan), Arlene Griggs (Neil) and Deanne Kunshier; grandchildren, Randi Sumstad, Leah Johnson and Steven Sumstad (Riki), as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She will be very missed by her dog, Nylah. Debbie loved her family more than anything. She loved being a wife, a mother and especially a grandmother.  She always put her family before herself. Debbie loved yearly fishing trips they took to Canada before they bought the cabin. Then the cabin became her happy place.  She loved sitting on the deck having coffee or watching the birds. She also loved music, cooking, playing cards, donuts and taking naps. The loss of Debbie will be felt by many. She was funny, kind and had a truly beautiful soul.

Celebration of life will be held 12:00 Noon,  August 28, 2021at 3617 121st Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433
