Henry Ford Reeser (Hank), 93, of Fergus Falls, died Thursday, May 27
th
, 2010 at Lake Region Hospital. He was born July 23, 1916, in Butler Township, Otter Tail County, to Wilmar & Etna (Pierce) Reeser; the seventh of nine children.
In the 1920’s, his family moved to a farm in Lawrence Township, near Wendell, where he attended 1
st
through 8
th
grade in a rural township school. He worked in farming and later in manufacturing, taking time out to serve his country during World War II as an Aviation Machinist Mate 2C, (October 1942 through October 1945; stationed in England for 7 months).

, 1952, Hank married Gladys Phillips who passed away in September, 1974. On July 28
th
, 1978 he and Pearl Meder Foshaug were married at Lawrence Presbyterian Church. They spent their years together in Fergus Falls.
Hank was a life-long member of the Wendell Legion and the Fergus Falls Fish & Game Club. He had a passion for the outdoors, guns and fast cars, was always busy creating or adjusting things to meet his needs, and was very inventive in his quest to rid the neighborhood of pesky squirrels. He loved his black lab buddies and will be sorely missed by his family, friends and neighbors.
Survivors include his wife Pearl, one step-son, Wesley Foshaug, and many nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his first wife Gladys, and all his siblings: Harriet Smith, Hazel Hughes, Mildred Rothi, Lily Pargman, Jake Reeser, James Reeser, Mavis Lamm and Stella McCowan; and their spouses.
