Irene Randall, 92, of Fergus Falls died Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Pioneer Care.
Irene Rachel was born July 6, 1923, in Dickey, North Dakota the daughter of Edwin and Hilma (Peterson) Larson.
On September 25, 1944 she married Robert E. Randall in Aberdeen, SD. The couple resided in Dickey and then moved to a farm near Berlin before moving to LaMoure. In 2002 they moved to Fergus Falls.
Irene worked alongside her husband in Randall Painting and Decorating. As a couple they enjoyed the Square Dance Campers Club, gardening, fishing and traveling in their camper. She was a member of Federated Church. Irene participated in Homemakers Club, enjoyed sewing and quilting, guitar and harmonica, painting pictures and collecting rocks from her travels. She loved nature and feeding the birds.
She is survived by daughters: Dale Randall of Circle Pines, Renne (Jerry) Fietek of Fergus Falls, Lorene (Tim) Mathern of Fargo; six grandchildren: Earl (Julie) Fietek, Kevin Fietek, Rebecca (Scott) Mathern-Jacobson, Tonya (Joe) McGregor, Josh (Hope) Mathern and Zach Mathern; nine great-grandchildren: Jacob, Hannah, Skylar, Camrynn, Samuel, Jack, Mila, Fresia and Blais; sister, Ardella (Gerald) Randall, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends
Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert; sisters, Ellen Goehring, Juletta Ellingson, Fern and Joyce in infancy; brother Dale Larson; and two great-granddaughters in infancy, Marie and Alice.
Funeral Services: 3 PM, Sunday, January 3, 2016, Glende-Nilson Funeral Home of Fergus Falls.
Visitation: one hour prior to the service

Cemetery: Private family burial at a later date
