With deep love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Jean Audrey Moeller, who peacefully went home to be with her Lord & Savior, on February 21, 2025. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, and a dear friend to many.
For 50 wonderful years, Jean and Bill shared their life together on the farm, building not only a home but a legacy of hard work, dedication, and love for the land. Together, they built a home filled with faith, laughter, and unconditional love, raising five children who were her greatest joy. As her family grew, she welcomed her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchild with open arms, treasuring every hug, smile, and moment spent with them. Jean's heart expanded once more when she found love again after Bill’s passing, marrying Carl Freeman. They shared many happy years, filled with music and companionship.
Her love for Jesus was the foundation of her life, and she lived each day as a testament to His grace and kindness. She had a heart for people, always ready with a warm smile, a kind word of encouragement, or a listening ear. Whether it was family, friends, or strangers, she made everyone feel valued and loved.
Music was a constant source of joy in her life, especially the sweet and lively sounds of the accordion. Whether playing, listening, or sharing a tune with loved ones, music was woven into the fabric of her happiest moments. She also had a love for playing cards, enjoying countless games filled with laughter, friendly competition, and wonderful memories made around the table.
She is survived by her five children, Deborah (Daniel) Stark, Barb (Kent) Nielson, John (Judy) Moeller, Jody (Jim) Sibert, Kari (Robert) Dorn; her grandchildren, Damien, Devon, KC, Blake, Johnathan, Jennessa, Taylor, Kaylee, Madison & Isaiah; her great-grandchildren Aidan, Blaine, Kendall, Nora, Leland, Gabriel, Samuel, Theodore, Billy, Scout & Sully; her great-great-grandchild Adalynn; and a host of family and friends who will forever cherish her memory. Though our hearts ache in her absence, we take comfort in knowing she is now rejoicing in the presence of her Lord & Savior.
A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 at Bethel, in Battle Lake, MN. Visitation at 2 pm, service at 3 pm, and meal to follow.
