Joseph "Joe" Anderson

Joseph David Anderson, 44, of Fergus Falls, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at his residence.

Joe's memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Grace United Methodist Church in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.  There will be a visitation one hour prior.  Burial will be at a later date.

Joseph was born and raised in Fergus Falls, where he spent his formative years. He graduated from high school in his hometown and earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, a testament to his dedication. Much of Joseph’s life was devoted to working alongside his father at Elliott Transfer, a family endeavor that held great meaning for him. 

He is survived by his son, Justin Anderson; his fiancée, Amber Muchow, and her three children Gavin, Landen, and Brayden; his father, Jerome Anderson; and his brothers, Jon (Kristen) Anderson and their two children Gabby, and Lincoln; James (Jeremy) Anderson. Joseph will also be deeply missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved him. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lori Anne Anderson. 

Joseph was known for his deep love of family and friends. He found great joy in spending time with those closest to him and had a lifelong passion for motorcycles that brought him countless hours of happiness and adventure.
