Joyce Gloria Wendt, 80, of Morris, died Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Broen Home, Fergus Falls, MN.
In the certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life, it has pleased Almighty God to call unto Himself the soul and spirit of Joyce Gloria Wendt on November 16, 2013.
Joyce was born February 13, 1933 in Springfield, MN to Elmer and Florence Wendt. She graduated from Lamberton High School in the early 1950s. She then worked as a rural school teacher. Later she went to Minneapolis Business College and graduated in July 1953. Subsequently Joyce did secretarial work. Later she moved to Morris, due to disabilities, and lived as a homemaker.
Joyce Wendt was preceded in death by her parents; brother David, brother Donovan, sister Carol, and son Ronnie Joy.
Joyce is survived by one brother, Roger Wendt plus many nephews and nieces.
The Lord blessed Joyce with 80 years on this earth. Her mortal remains will await the glorious resurrection at Summit Cemetery in Morris, Mn.
Funeral Services: 2 PM, Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Pedersen Funeral Home, Morris, Minnesota
Visitation: one hour prior to the service
