Leslie Anderson, 84 of Henning, formerly of Evansville died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at the St. Cloud Hospital, going to be with his sister, Ruby and brother, Lloyd.

Leslie Wallace Anderson was born on November 6, 1930 in Evansville, Minnesota the son of Ernest and Ella (Olsen) Anderson. He was baptized on December 6, 1930, and has been a lifetime member of Christina Lake Lutheran Church and graduated from the Evansville High School on May 25, 1948. He worked in the Evansville area for many years helping on the family farm and working with Lloyd on his farm. Leslie worked at a variety of jobs. He loved to drive, travel, and ride motorcycle. He was a very intelligent man with a great memory. Leslie never married and had no children. Leslie lived the later part of his life in various care facilities with his last home being in the Golden Living Center in Henning.

He is survived by a nephew, Curtis (Bernadette) Anderson and their children Krista (Allen Larson), Evan and Adam; two sisters-in-law and families, Toni Anderson and her daughter Ashley (Ben) Johnson and Russell's son Canaan Smith and his parents, Stacey (Bill) Smith, and by numerous relatives and friends. Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Ella Anderson; brother, Lloyd Anderson; sister, Ruby Anderson; and two nephews Russell and Daniel Anderson.

Memorial Service: 4:30 pm, Friday, July 17, 2015 at Christina Lake Lutheran Church of rural Evansville

Visitation: one hour prior to the service.

Clergy: Rev. Tim Baglien

Interment: Christina Lake Lutheran Cemetery
