Nathan Allen Welch, 31 of Dalton died August 1, 2013 at Sanford Health Center in Fargo, North Dakota.
Nathan was born on March 16, 1982 in Minneapolis and became the son of Pat and Ellen (Christopherson) Welch in 1992. Nathan graduated from Ashby High School in 2001 and later attended Alexandria Technical College. He proudly graduated from their Truck Driving Program in 2010.
Nathan is survived by his Dad, Pat Welch of Dalton; brothers Aric Welch and his wife Nicole of Pillager, Mike Olson and his wife, Melissa of rural Underwood. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Nathan was preceded in death by his Mother, Ellen; his grandparents, Herb and Dorothy Christopherson; uncles, Dale Christopherson, David Welch, Frank Welch and Jerry Welch.
In keeping with Nathan's loving and generous spirit, it was his wish to give the gift of life through organ and tissue donations. His donations may well improve life to over 50 families.
Memorial Services: 2 PM, Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Glende-Nilson Funeral Home in Fergus Falls
Visitation: one hour prior to the service at the funeral home
Clergy: Rev. Tom Junkert
A private interment will follow with Nathan being buried with his Mom Our Savior's Cemetery by Dalton.
