Terry Mohrmann

It is with great sadness that the family of Terry Duayne Mohrmann announces his unexpected passing on Monday, July 16, 2018 in his home in Evansville, Minnesota, at the age of sixty-four years.

He was born in Morris, MN on August 27, 1953 to his parents Lester and Alphild Mohrmann.  He attended school in Evansville for a number of years after the family moved from Hoffman, MN.  Terry worked at Medallion Kitchens in Fergus Falls, MN as the cabinet finishing supervisor and also at Swedberg Wood Products in Alexandria, MN as a cabinet finisher.  He retired early due to health issues and in his spare time acquired the love for yardwork and gardening.  Many people stopped by and complimented him on his flowers.  He spent a lot of time outside in the summer months keeping his yard looking meticulous!  He was also kept busy caring for his 2 dachshunds, Peanuts and Eddy.  He loved those dogs like they were his children.

Terry is remembered by his wife and best friend, Terrie and their precious children, Dan Mohrman and Heidi (Jamie) Englund; two grandsons, Braydon and Caleb Englund; two step-grandchildren, Torrie (Katie Mae Thielen) Englund and Michaela Englund; four brothers, Gary (Karon), Randy, Ray (Carolyn) and Dale; two sisters, Karen (Jim) Delaney and Gayle (Jack) Wenz along with many loving nieces and nephews.

He especially loved spending time with Caleb and Braydon fishing, hunting or whatever came up.  They were his lifeline to existing!

A Memorial Gathering in memory of Terry will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 4-6 PM with a Prayer Service at 5:30 PM at the Glende-Nilson Funeral Chapel in Evansville.
