Warner Kenwood Jensen was born May 14, 1932 to George Sr. and Emma (Farden) Jensen in

.
He was baptized and confirmed at

Church

Lake
.
He grew up on the home farm south of
Battle
Lake
and attended the
Battle
Lake
School
.
Warner worked for the
Fergus
Falls
Regional
Treatment
Center
for a number of years. He then went to work for the City of Battle Lake in maintenance, retiring in 1994.
He also did yard work and snow removal for various businesses and residents in
Battle
Lake
.
Warner was a member of
Eagle
Lake
Lutheran
Church
.
Every week Warner wrote about his past week’s activities in the Battle Lake Review which many enjoyed reading.
He especially enjoyed visiting with people, attending social gatherings and Lenny’s Dance Barn.
Warner is survived by his sister Marlys (Duaine) Knopp of Deer Park, WI; sister-in-law
Audrey Jensen of Battle Lake, brother-in-law Bob Clubb of Bonner, MT, several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Warner was preceded in death by his parents
George Sr. and Emma Jensen, sister Geneva Clubb and brother George Jr.
